Flower Essences from Gaia

We stock the full range of flower essences from Healing Herbs.  Healing Herbs' range of Bach flower remedies are made to stock concentrate strength, according to the original directions of Dr Bach.

The stock concentrate remedies are made directly from the mother tincture using the classic dilution of 1:400 and preserved in full-strength (40% alcohol) organic brandy.

They can be diluted to dosage strength, by taking two drops of the concentrate and mixing with water, or a mixture with brandy as a preservative.  Each Healing Herbs 10ml bottle of Bach flower remedy will dilute to make over 150 x 30ml dosage bottles, each of which is enough for around a month's use at the recommended dosage of four drops, four times a day.

Alternatively, for short-term problems, put two drops of each chosen stock remedy directly into a glass of water and sip at intervals.
