Tinctures are made by extracting the herbal constituents of a plant in a mixture of water and alcohol, and offer a convenient and effective way to take herbs.

Our Tinctures are normally 1:3 to 1:5 parts herb to liquid in 25%-60% alcohol.  Dosage information will be sent with your order but for further queries, please consult a herbalist or one of our practitioners at the shop.
